Course Overview
The Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies and Leadership programme provides a focused and specialist vocational programme of study with a clear work-related emphasis. There is a strong emphasis on practical skills development alongside the development of requisite knowledge and understanding in the sector.
Students enrolled in the part-time programme will have the opportunity to study overseas for selected modules.
Upon completion of the Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies and Leadership, students may progress to a MBA or Executive MBA top-up programme with the University of Northampton.

- A Bachelor’s degree in any field, or equivalent
English Proficiency
Any of the following:
- Completed a Bachelor’s degree where medium of instruction is in English Language
- IELTS 6.5 or equivalent
- Attend and pass EAP Level 4 with final score >60%
