The Post-Graduate Diploma In Familial Relationship Management is an innovative programme designed to enhance learners’ understanding of familial relationships. The modules are geared towards teaching conflict management, understanding the family of origin and how it impacts an individual’s relationships, and working towards achieving and maintaining a harmonious familial system. The 10-module programme covers topics such as human development, the principles of HuiRu Value-Life education, and fundamentals of parenting and marriage. Students will be equipped with skills that go beyond therapy room and will have the necessary listening and analytical skills to help clients address problem issues at the root. Upon completing the programme, learners will be able to manage conflicts, deepen their understanding of their familial relationships, and execute strategies to achieve and maintain harmonious familial relationships. The programme is suitable for individuals who wish to better understand and manage familial relationships, including parents, individuals considering therapy as a career, and anyone seeking to enhance their understanding of the impact of family of origin on their relationships.
Entry Requirements
Interested applicants must possess the following entrance requirements:
- Basic Degree or equivalent
- Certificate in Familial Relationship Management
- Applicants must be of age 21 and above
OR
Matured Entry Requirement with all of the following:
- Minimum 30 years of age with 3 years relevant working experience
