The online Diploma in Pastry & Bakery is a 6-month e-learning programme consisting of synchronous and asynchronous self-directed online study.

It allows students to study the fundamentals and slowly progress to advanced skills and knowledge in Pastry & Bakery at their own pace individually. The online Diploma programme comprises an integrated and broad-based training approach which includes soft-skills components necessary to deepen and broaden specific jobs occupation.
