Course Overview
This program provides comprehensive knowledge and skills in real estate investment, finance, property valuation, and portfolio management. Students learn to make informed decisions in the dynamic real estate market, preparing them for careers in investment firms, financial institutions, and property development companies.

Entry Requirements
ADMISSION CRITERIA
- Academic Level Required: Degree in Built Environment Discipline or mature candidates (at least 30 years old) with minimum 8 years of working experience
- Work Experience Required: BSc with two years of post BSc experience
- All applications are subject to approval from Heriot-Watt University.
PROGRESSION REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 90% attendance is required for international students and 75% attendance is required for local students
- Minimum mark of 40% is required to pass each module

Modules
PGDip: 8 examinable modules MSc: 8 examinable modules and a Research Dissertation In the event, the student scored at least an average of 50 marks and above for all 8 examinable modules, the student would be eligible to undertake the MSc.
