Description
The Master of Science Healthcare Management programme provides you with an opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of theory and application of healthcare management through the delivery of research-inspired teaching and learning. Healthcare management is a rapidly growing and developing field encompassing topics ranging from change management, leadership and collaborative working in health, managing health improvement through social marketing and the necessary competencies to lead and manage in a healthcare setting.
Graduation & Degree Awarded
Students who successfully complete and pass the modules stipulated in the programme structure will be awarded the Master of Science Healthcare Management from Northumbria University, United Kingdom.
The Master’s Degree will be the same as that awarded to the on-campus graduates in the United Kingdom.
Graduates will be allowed to use the title MSc after their names.
Entry Requirements
The Master of Science Healthcare Management programme accepts applicants who meet at least one of the following entry requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject area with a minimum of second lower (2:2) class qualification or equivalent; OR
Other qualifications and work experience will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
English Language Requirement
- IELTS 6.5 (no band below 6.0); OR
- Other approved equivalent*
