Programme Introduction
Are you, as a manager or fresh graduate, interested in leading teams and managing projects efficiently within an organisation? The Master of Business Administration (Project Management) programme is exclusively designed to expose students to the critical understanding of the supply and demand shifts in an international context whilst training them to direct and oversee all aspects of a project.
Covering a broad and in-depth spectrum of knowledge in core modules ranging from accounting, marketing, operations management to strategic management, this course aims to broaden the students’ perceptiveness in the ideologies and responsibilities of a high-performing manager. Besides the theoretical framework and practices, students are required to complete a dissertation through the formulation of research hypothesis based on their research questions.
Upon successful completion, qualified students will be awarded with the Master of Business Administration (Project Management) degree by Cardiff Metropolitan University. Students holding this qualification will possess a heightened degree of resourcefulness and soft skills necessary for effective project management.

Objective

Entry Requirements
Academic Level:
One of the following must be fulfilled:
- A degree from a recognised university with a minimum of a 2:2 classification;
- Hold a professional or other qualification which is deemed as acceptable for admission by Cardiff Metropolitan University and have held a responsible position for a minimum of 5 years.
Selection for this course is through an application form and, where necessary, an interview.
English Proficiency: Applicants must have an IELTS score of at least 6.0 or pass the Certificate in Academic English Level 6 conducted by DIMENSIONS or pass the English Proficiency Test at equivalent level conducted by DIMENSIONS or its equivalent. English proficiency may be considered to have been met and an IELTS score may not be required if applicant possesses a highest qualification where English was the sole medium of instruction.
