Course overview
The Graduate Diploma in Elderly & Critical Care is an advanced postgraduate program designed to equip students with specialized knowledge and skills in caring for elderly patients, particularly those in critical or complex medical situations. This program provides a comprehensive understanding of the major theories that guide the field of health psychology and is based on the biopsychosocial model of health and illness.
Furthermore, the course will enable students to identify person-centered approaches in supporting end-of-life care; gain a clear overview of their health and aged care systems; gain an in-depth analysis of Prevention and Management of Chronic Disease measures in Singapore.
Entry Requirements
Participants should contribute to the learning activities in a peer and cohort learning environment. You will be evaluated based on your managerial abilities, potential, aptitude, and experience.
At least 21 years old with a Degree in any discipline
OR
Mature Candidates (at least 30 years old) with minimum 8 years of work experience will be assessed through an interview and an admissions test
