Every class will be conducted via face-to-face interaction. Throughout the course, students will be engaged in the learning process through a myriad of activities: group discussions, experiential exercises, the supervised practice of counselling work and supervision, interactive role-plays, and lectures. All classes will be held on the weekends, Saturday & Sunday: 9am to 5pm

Course overview

These include those relevant to the ideas of optimism, joy, compassion, awareness, and motivation.

Future leaders will need to motivate employees in a workplace that is continuously transforming by offering creative, uplifting, and financially viable solutions that combine the best elements of theory and practice. Aventis Singapore’s Graduate Diploma in Applied Positive Psychology and Mindfulness aims to give students the tools they need to apply positive psychology in their personal and professional lives in order to improve their management and leadership abilities. Through this innovative mindfulness diploma programme, students will learn about the benefits of positive psychology and the power of mindfulness in their personal and professional lives.

Entry Requirements

In a peer and cohort learning setting, students will be encouraged and are expected to contribute to the class's learning experience. You will be evaluated as a student at Aventis based on your aptitude, potential, experience, and managerial abilities.

At least 21 years old with a Degree in any discipline

OR

Mature Candidates (at least 30 years old) with minimum 8 years of work experience will be assessed through an interview and an admissions test
