Course Overview
This course is specially designed for people of all ages over 16 years old who are interested in the knowledge and skills of traditional Chinese medicine health care for the elderly and plan to engage in traditional Chinese medicine health care for the elderly. After studying this course, you will be able to systematically master the concepts, knowledge and methods of traditional Chinese medicine health care for the elderly; learn to accurately identify the physical constitution of the elderly; and be able to rationally choose comprehensive treatments such as nourishing the spirit, adjusting diet, exercising, adapting to cold and temperature, and regulating meridians. Health care and health care methods, independently complete the TCM constitution identification and assessment of seniors, and formulate personalized health care and health care guidance plans. Become a traditional Chinese medicine health nurse who guides seniors to maintain their bodies, improve health, regulate balance, reduce diseases, and prolong life.
Entry Requirements
- GCE ‘O’ Level with at least C6 in one subject or equivalent or higher; or
- Have NITEC or Higher NITEC; or
- Those over 30 years old with 5 years of relevant work experience.
Language Requirements:
- Completion of a diploma taught in Chinese as a medium or
- Take the college’s Chinese test.
- Entry age: At least 16 years old or above
