Description
Course Overview
Real estate is central to any developed cities which live, work, and play in properties. As individuals, families, and corporations prioritize their real estate needs, there will be estate agency work.
This course allows students to delve into the modules essential to their real estate agency career not just as a real estate salesperson but as an individual who aspires to be a successful real estate professional. As the digital economy continues to evolve, real estate agency work would need to adapt. This course is designed with this latest development in mind.
Students who graduate from this course may use it as a pathway into further learning in the advanced levels such as Trent Global Advanced Diploma in Real Estate Management or Advanced Diploma in Facilities Management.

Entry Requirements
ADMISSION CRITERIA
- Minimum Age: 17
- Academic Level: At least C6 in 3 GCE ‘O’ Level subjects or equivalent qualifications
- Language Proficiency: C6 in GCE ‘O’ Level English or equivalent qualifications or a pass in the English placement test by the college
- Mature executives who do not possess the above-mentioned qualifications but are at least 30 years of age with 8 years of relevant working experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis
PROGRESSION REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 90% attendance is required for international students and 75% attendance is required for local students
- Minimum mark of 50% is required to pass each module
