Course Overview

The Diploma in Organisational Psychology (DOP) is designed to provide a solid foundation in psychology. The programme will benefit Executives, Managers and Professionals with a keen interest in getting a deeper understanding of the dynamics between people in the workplace.

SHRI Academy’s Diploma in Organisational Psychology (DOP) programme is designed to provide a solid foundation in the field of psychology and focuses on the psychological aspects of organisational functioning. Students will be expected to critically engage in psychological theories and their applications. The programme provides a rigorous review of major theories in organisational psychology and their applications at the workplace that a HR professional encounters. The programme will benefit Executives, Managers and Professionals with a keen interest in getting a deeper understanding of the dynamics between people at the workplace. The programme also provides a good foundation for any individual who wishes to pursue a higher level of qualification in Psychology such as a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree as it provides a broad perspectives into the topics that would be covered in-depth at such levels. This programme will benefit those working in management/supervisory positions as well as professionals whose job requires them to interact with others on a frequent basis.

Candidates with other qualifications will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Mature candidates (≥30 years old with 5 years’ relevant work experience)
