Course Overview

SHRI Academy’s Diploma in Compensation & Benefits Management (DCBM) provides a solid grounding for individuals to learn in-depth the methodology for designing a motivational rewards system. It offers a broader perspective on compensation and benefits locally and internationally.

In addition, it equips individuals with knowledge and skills to manage compensation and benefits for the organisation effectively to create positive business results and flexibility in adjusting the business costs in response to the rapid changing economy.

Entry Requirements

Academic Minimum Entry Requirement

5 GCE “O” Level passes

OR

SHRI Academy Certificate in Human Resource Management

OR

SHRI Academy’s any Diploma courses

OR

Equivalent Polytechnic Diploma

OR

Equivalent Diploma qualifications from other Private Education Institution

OR

Candidates with other qualifications will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

OR

Mature candidates (≥30 years old with 5 years’ relevant work experience)

Minimum Age Requirement

16 years old

Language Requirement

GCE ‘O’ level pass in English

OR

Workplace Literacy (WPL – Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing) Level 6

IELTS 6.0
