This programme is designed for students who aspire to equip themselves with professional skills and knowledge to perform job functions in the business fields by pursuing a business diploma (E-learning) course.
Entry Requirements
Age Requirements: At least 17 years old.
Academic Requirements: At least 2 passes at GCE ‘A’ level; or Year 12 High School; or Existing Diploma from another local polytechnic or PEIs PP; or Educare Global Academy Foundation Course programme; or other foreign qualifications shall be assessed on a case by case basis.
Language Proficiency: Minimum of Band 5.0 IELTS; or Pass Educare Global Academy English Placement Test; or Letter from College/University clearly stating the Medium of Instruction of the highest qualification to be English; or C6 pass in English GCE ‘O’ level; or equivalent.

Modules
Marketing for Business
This module allows students to explore the marketing principles of understanding the customer, ensuring that products and services meet customer needs and how marketing can influence customer behaviour. They will have the chance to research the marketing strategies and investigate the basic principles of marketing through an understanding of marketing objectives, marketing mix, market segmentation and marketing communications. Students will identify the constraints that affect marketing for businesses.
Business Management and Leadership
This module allows students to learn how to analyse and apply management concepts and models. Students will also be exposed to understanding the meaning and limitations of the relationship between a manager’s role and the efficient delivery of products and services. Students may expect to understand the essential aspects of effective management, such as strategic and operational planning, as well as criticise the standards of justification in the fields of management research and practice.
Problem Solving and Decision-making for Entrepreneurs
This module allows students to learn how to collect, organise and appropriately cite relevant information from academic sources. Students will be equipped with the skills to develop, critique, apply and appraise the different skills and concepts to ensure effective management of modern organisations.
Business Economics and Finance
This module allows students to learn, understand and apply the demand and supply analysis to situations in different markets by utilising financial statement analysis techniques and recognising the key instruments of macroeconomic policy.
Business Data Analytics
This module allows students to gain knowledge and develop an understanding of the concepts of probability, statistical inference, regression and correlation.
Ethics and Responsible Leadership
The module equips students with knowledge and awareness of how ethical behaviours will play a part in the development and shaping of a business environment. Students will be exposed to different scenarios where ethical dilemmas and various leadership approaches and understand their effects on a business.
