Course Overview
The course Diploma Art of Hosting And Performance (Drama, Film And TV) – Chinese provides students with structured learning in Hosting and Performance (Drama, Film and TV) theories and practices. Students will develop professional skills necessary for a career in performing arts and related areas.
This course aims to:
· Cultivate students' comprehensive creative qualities grounded in a balanced interplay between theory and practice within the art of Hosting and Performance (Drama, Film and TV) and thereby, improving the students' own personality and artistic nature.
· Expose students to the roles and environment of performing artists and will develop their understanding and experience of performance-based endeavors.
· Train students to have high aesthetic skills and literary and artistic accomplishments.
· Develop students' effective communication and presentation skills in both written and oral forms.
Entry Requirements
Minimum Academic Requirement:
Shelton Foundation Certificate in Communication, Media & Arts OR
GCE A-Level with 2 passes OR
Completed equivalent to at least 12 years of formal education
Minimum Language Requirement:
GCE O-Level B4 in Chinese language or equivalent
Minimum age of 17 years.
Mature Candidate
Minimum Working Experience:
At least 8 years of working experience in Film, TV and Media production or related industry
Minimum age of 30 years.
