Course Overview
The Certificate in Human Resource Management (CHRM) is designed to equip people interested in an HR career with a strong HR foundation. This course provides an exemption from the Foundation Paper (Paper N) of the IHRP Certified Associate (IHRP-CA) certification. Learners who complete the programme and apply for IHRP-CA certification.
SHRI Academy’s Certificate in Human Resource Management (CHRM) programme is an intensive course that is designed to equip people who have an interest in HR career with a strong HR foundation and prepares them for a successful career in human resource positions. With a Certificate in HRM from SHRI Academy, students will be ready to meet today and future human resource challenges in any organisation. This course paves the way for students to advance to the Diploma in HR Leadership with Business Partnering or Diploma in Organisational Psychology programme.

Academic Minimum Entry Requirement
2 GCE ‘O’ Level passes or equivalent

SHRI Academy Foundation Certificate in Human Resource Management

Candidates with other qualifications will be considered on a case-by-case basis
OR
Mature candidates (≥ 30 years old with 8 years’ work experience)
Minimum Age Requirement
16 years old
Language Requirement
GCE ‘O’ level pass in English
OR
50% score in SHRI English Placement Test
OR
IELTS score of 6.0
OR
Workplace Literacy (WPL – Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing) Level 4

An equivalent English language qualification
