• Academic Level: 9 years and above of formal education (middle school/secondary school and above) Pass in SCI Entry Test
• Language Proficiency: 9 years of studying in a Chinese School OR grade C and above in GCE ‘O’ Level Chinese OR Pass SCI Language Proficiency Test
