Exams are conducted at the end of each module. There are 10 exam modules.
Description
Course Overview
The programme is to introduce the fundamental knowledge for facilities management entry-level and mid-level jobs. This course covers some aspects of construction management which provide an overall understanding of the nature of buildings. There are six modules specific to facilities management.
The main objective of the programme is to develop competent facility managers who will have the skills to effectively manage facilities and buildings in the built environment
Entry Requirements
ADMISSION CRITERIA
- Minimum age: 18
- 2 A levels, IB Pass or equivalent
- Diploma from Singapore polytechnics
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma from PEIs equivalent to Trent Global College qualifications-
- Foundation programme or Diplomas from BCA Academy
- International Diploma/Advanced Diploma or equivalent to UK RQF level 3
- Language Proficiency: Obtained a pass in English with Grade D7 or higher
- Mature executives who do not possess the above-mentioned qualifications but are at least 30 years of age with 8 years of working experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis
PROGRESSION REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 90% attendance is required for international students and 75% attendance is required for local students
- Minimum mark of 50% is required to pass each module
