Description

Course Overview

The programme is to introduce the key principles of construction management and project supervision, incorporating sound planning and estimating, site organisation, management of equipment and materials, human resource management and a series of legal and contractual considerations.

The main objective of the programme is to develop competent construction managers who will have the skills to effectively manage projects in the construction market.

Entry Requirements

ADMISSION CRITERIA

  • Minimum age: 18
  • 2 A levels, IB Pass or equivalent
  • Diploma from Singapore polytechnics
  • Diploma or Advanced Diploma from PEIs equivalent to Trent Global College qualifications-
  • Foundation programme or Diplomas from BCA Academy
  • International Diploma/Advanced Diploma or equivalent to UK RQF level 3
  • Language Proficiency: Obtained a pass in English with Grade D7 or higher
  • Mature executives who do not possess the above-mentioned qualifications but are at least 30 years of age with 8 years of working experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis

PROGRESSION REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 90% attendance is required for international students and 75% attendance is required for local students
  • Minimum mark of 50% is required to pass each module
