This programme is designed for students who aspire to advance their professional skills and knowledge in the business domain to perform higher-level job functions in the business fields by pursuing an advanced diploma (E-learning) course.
Entry Requirements
Age Requirements: At least 18 years old.
Academic Requirements: Diploma in Business Management; or a related business programme. For international applicants – equivalent qualifications related to business from other countries (subject to approval).
Language Proficiency: Minimum of Band 6.0 IELTS; or Pass Educare Global Academy English Placement Test; or Letter from College/University clearly stating the Medium of Instruction of the highest qualification to be English; or C6 pass in English GCE ‘O’ level; or equivalent.

Modules
Digital Marketing for Business
This module allows students to learn and evaluate the nature and development of digital business and its emerging strategies, modules and supply chains. With the range of digital technologies available now, students will analyse its impacts and understand the various challenges faced within digital marketing decision making.
Operations Management
This module will enable students to develop a critical understanding of the design and role of business operations that could impact operations and service management in different sectors. Students will criticise the main issues and approaches for helping understand the ways to improve manufacturing and service operations.
Innovation and Entrepreneurship
This module allows students to learn and demonstrate a detailed knowledge of creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship across the various mechanisms developed within an organisation’s content.
Students will criticise the business issues and challenges in societal, organisational or professional settings while understanding and applying a range of business processes and tools.
Project Management
This module allows students to understand the functions and basic language of the project manager. Students will learn to prepare a comprehensive management risk plan to facilitate and guide a risk management approach using multiple techniques.
Managing Diversity
This module allows students to identify the factors influencing employee relations and learn how to develop a greater awareness of the role of power in conflicts. Students will learn to identify how emotions can influence conflicts and understand how to manage diversities effectively.
People and Performance Management
This theoretical module introduces students to the key terms, theories, concepts and practices within the field of Human Resource Management (HRM). Students will be expected to provide innovative solutions and appreciate the significance of ethical issues existing in the field of HRM.
